Proof of Residency

To enroll your student(s) you must bring two of the items listed below to prove residency. The items you bring must be current meaning they cover a service period ending within 30 days of the date of registration AND they must have the name and address listed. 

 

  • Mortgage Statement

  • Deed/Purchase Agreement

  • Formal Signed Lease/Rental Agreement

  • Property Tax Statement/Assessment

  • Building Permit

  • Gas/Electric Bill

  • Telephone Bill

  • Cable/Satellite Bill

  • City Water/Sewage Bill
